The doctor speaks of the health issues he sees on a daily basis caused by alcohol binge drinking.

What is interesting is how he talks of the change in the type of person he sees in today’s world. It used to be mainly men in their fifties coming in with alcohol related health issues, now he is seeing an increase in younger adults, in particular a young woman who is only 27 years old and in need of a liver transplant.
