    Yes there seems to be mounting evidence for exercise as a viable recovery solution.

    I personally notice huge benefits in my life from running on a regular basis, as it seems to have both a huge physical impact (duh) but also a spiritual, meditative quality to it as well.

    Exercise is spiritual, in a way. It can motivate you and pump you up on a number of different levels, not just the physical one.

    I am glad that you enjoyed reading the article Patrick. For many people including myself, the tricky part is finding the time and maintaining motivation. But once you do get out there even if it is just for 30 minutes, you wonder why it took you so long.
